I was looking for Avon cosmetics on the Internet and I found them! I'm glad I can buy them online - it's extremely important to me. They are simply good cosmetics that cannot be bought in a regular store. I moved to another country and thought I had lost Avon, but luckily NO.
I ordered dry body oil and perfume. First at all the goods were not packed properly and the parcel was delivered in almost broken condition. Second the perfume pack was not sealed as it should be. The bottle was in upside down position. I did not like it. I ordered Avon products before from other distributors and perfumes were sealed nicely.

I am sorry to hear that your package was delivered almost broken. We use the bubble envelopes or boxes to send our products, which should protect the products during transport.
I would like to ask you to send us a picture of the package next time, so we can confront PostNL with it and get your money back for the transport.
Regarding the parfum, it's really strange that the parfum was not sealed and up side down. You can give us a call about that, so we can get this sorted out. I can assure you that all our products come directly from the AVON factory and are not tampered with.
Great communication. I got a call to explain why my order was taking so long and I even got a free hand cream even though it was my fault for the delay since I was not aware of the one day they put orders in. Thank you for your professionalism.
It was my first time to order, everything went smoothly and transparent. My money was given back very fast after one product wasn't available. I'm satisfied and will order again!
It took a little bit longer than expected to get my delivery, however they kept me informed of the delay and the Mascara is the best I've been able to find, it does 100% of what is advertised.
I did not receive the whole order and for a perfume set of 4 products there were only 2 products in the set
